1-Collection

We will pack and collect the archive from your office or storage facility through our internally managed fleet of tracked vehicles. For large-scale projects, a collection schedule will be arranged to suit your diary.

2-Storage

On arrival, all archive boxes are booked onto our internal tracking system and transported to their dedicated storage bays where they will remain until their retention period ends.

3-Retrieval

In the event you need to quick access to your records in storage, you can request to digitally retrieve any file or box by using your dedicated  portal.

4-Access

On receipt of a retrieval request, we will locate, digitise and electronically transfer the scanned documents to you within four working hours.
